RUBY MEATBALLS IN PINOT NOIR & CRANBERRY SAUCE

This is a great recipe for parties & large gatherings – easy to make and sure to please!

Ingredients

6 pound bag Costco cooked Italian Style Beef Meatballs or Ikea Swedish Meatballs
3 cans 14 oz whole cranberry sauce (not jellied)
2 cups brown sugar
6 teaspoons Chinese hot mustard
1 ½ cups Ruby Pinot Noir

Directions

In a large crockpot, mix Ruby Pinot Noir, cranberry sauce, sugar and hot mustard, add meatballs, heat, stir until warm enough to eat, then serve. Delicious!
